RETURN POLICY

At Rebel Hearted Boutique, happy customers are our priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right!

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you've received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Please be sure to include a picture of the defect, as this will expedite the process. If you were sent incorrect items, or are missing items from your order, please contact us at info@rebelheartedboutique.com as soon as possible so we can get that error sorted out for you.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
- Clearance items

- Final sale items (hats, jewelry,etc.)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
